CONVENTION REMINDERS
<> Theme for this year's convention is Southwest Fiesta!<> OLT photo guidelines will be strictly enforced during the Convention,
ESPECIALLY IN THE POOL AREA
<> All registered attendees will wear a GREEN wristband required for participating in games
<> AND...those opting NOT to be included in ANY photos will also wear a RED wristband
<> Contest for decorating campsite/lot and golf cart in the SW Festival theme. winners announced Saturday
<> Silent Auction will be conducted during the week
<> Bottled water will be available at no charge
<> Activities and times are subject to change due to participation and weather
<> Random comedy skits will take place throughout the week
<> Door prizes donated by vendors will be awarded during the evening entertainment based on wristband number. Therapeutic Massages as prizes will be awarded early
in the week for scheduling convenience
<> First Aid and CPR classes are limited in size. Early sign up is strongly encouraged. Nominal fee if official certification is desired. Open only to registered attendees.
<> Rules will be announced at the start of each game. Coordinator and/or convention chairs will resolve all disputes
<> All vendors will be located outdoors, at a location of their choice with approval by office
<> First Aid station will be manned throughout the convention week
<> PLEASE! No glass containers in common areas
<> PLEASE! No smoking in any of the buildings, cabins, or the pool and hot tub enclosures, with the exception of the smoke room on the north side of the clubhouse.<> If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the OLT Convention Chair or the regional Convention Chair

Travel day. Folks arriving.
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm; Meet & Greet at Gazebo hors d'oeuvres/beverages served. (alternate, clubhouse)
9:00 pm - Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament
WEDNESDAY June 15th:
BREAKFAST 8:00 am to 10:00 am
8:30 am - Nature Walk (meet at pavilion)
9:00 am - Youth Activities, meet on front porch of clubhouse.
10:00 am - Mexican Train (indoor/clubhouse)
10:00 am - Washers (outdoor/front lawn)
LUNCH 11:30 am to 2:00 pm
1:00 pm - PIP (indoor/clubhouse)
1:00 pm - Horseshoes (h-shoe pit west of clubhouse)
3:00 pm - Sequence (indoor/clubhouse)
3:00 pm - Ladder Golf (front lawn)
5:00 pm - Archery Demo & Lessons (Golf Course - LOT 500)

9:00 pm - Evening Entertainment: Prize Drawings (must be present to win)

10:00 am - Name Your Time Race (begin at Pavilion)
10:00 am - Tile Rummy (indoor/clubhouse)
11:00 am - Corn Hole (Front Lawn)
